I am a retired nurse that has lived full-time in Westcliffe for the past 12 years, moving here from Golden, Colorado. My husband and I love mountain life and enjoy hiking and skiing. I worked at Custer County Public Health prior to my retirement and am currently volunteering at Valley Assisted Living. I am also a certified CPR instructor. I am not a professional chef, but I love to experiment as a foodie often!

Karen Foley and I are book club buddies and discovered our love for cooking at one of our meetings. We are having a rehearsal dinner in May to try some of our proposed Guest Chef recipes. Our husbands will hopefully be willing participants.
