Darcy Rhodes

BIO- Darcy Rhodes lives locally in Westcliffe. Darcy is a registered dietitian who has a degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Metro State University of Denver and completed a dietetic internship coordinated program at University of Idaho in the department of Family and Consumer Sciences. Darcy works at the Custer County Senior Center in Silvercliff, preparing State Unit on Aging approved meals for 30-40 seniors 3 days a week. Darcy also works in Salida at HRRMC as Inpatient Dietitian on Friday. In addition, she has participated in Wellness Fairs and taught community nutrition classes at Altitude Fitness.
