Kevin is a Colorado native, born in Denver and raised in Colorado Springs, where he spent most of his life.
He is an experienced restaurant owner, where he catered large corporations, and fine dining for doctors in small settings.
He shortly, thereafter, became a business owner in construction, where he still dedicates much of his time today.
Kevin has a grand love for food, and has been dreaming of cooking for others, once again, as he and his wife, Marilyn, explore their new journey in Westcliffe. He owns Wet Mountain Catering, with Stacy Crenshaw, and has already satisfied the taste buds of many locals, along with tourists from other areas of Colorado. His dinners in Westcliffe include the Hunter’s Game Dinner at the Courtyard Country Inn, the Welcome to Spring Dinner, and catering at the Historic Pines Ranch.
